Constipation

Haven’t you noticed that when you go out of town for work or are just going traveling to a fun vacation, you usually suffer from Constipation?

Constipation is one of our society’s most common symptoms. Adults, kids and even babies can suffer from it, and it mainly affects people who don’t drink enough water or fluids, among other causes. Every now and then, we find ourselves being constipated.  But did you know that other people suffer from constipation daily?

In this article, we’ll talk about what’s normal, what’s not and if constipation can actually lead to life threatening issues.

When you have normal bowel movements, the frequency varies between 3 movements a day to 3 a week.

There are a few misconceptions, such as having the need to do bowel movements daily for our well being. Another false belief is that when waste is stored in our body, it is absorbed and can be dangerous to our heath, immunity, and can even shorten our life span. That is definitely not true either.

The best thing is to get to know your body and see what a normal routine is for you. Let’s say that if your bowel movement routine is daily, but you haven’t been able to go to the bathroom for 3 days, or if you are experiencing pain and difficulty when passing a hardened stool, you are most likely suffering from constipation.

Now how serious is constipation?

Constipation can be a real nuisance and extremely painful at times, but it is not serious or life threatening itself. However, don’t ignore signs of constipation and try to eat a nice well balanced diet to help you have normal bowel movement habits. For instance, fresh fruit, vegetables, water, juices (if homemade and natural, even better) can surely help you have normal bowel movement habits. Other key foods to help you target this goal are unprocessed bran and whole-wheat grains.

Now what causes Constipation?

Keep in mind constipation is a symptom, not a disease. Just like a fever, constipation can be caused by several conditions.

These are the most common ones:

  • Poor Diet
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Colonic Motility Disorders
  • Poor Bowel Habits
  • Imaginary Constipation
  • Laxative abuse
  • Traveling
  • Pregnancy
  • Loss of Body salts
  • Fissures and Hemorrhoids
  • Hormonal Disturbances
  • Medications
  • Nerve Damage
  • Specific Diseases, such as Lupus, Parkinson’s disease, among others
  • Mechanical Compression

If you ignore having constipation, serious complications can arise. The moment you suspect having it, write a log to see how many days you actually go without having a bowel movement. You will need this info to share with your doctor if things don’t improve. Here are some of the most common complications:

  • Hemorrhoids – This is caused after severe straining to move a hard stool, which puts extra pressure to the anal walls of your blood vessels. The veins will get inflamed, causing a round or oval soft growth. Sometimes they can become big and surgery is required.
  • Bleeding – This is also caused after severe straining to move a hard stool. The bleeding will appear as a bright red streak on the surface of the stool.
  • Anal fissure – They are a tear on the skin of your anal canal. It can be extremely painful and can bleed.
  • Rectal prolapsed – This happens when the straining has caused a small part of your intestinal lining to push out of the rectal opening. Also, it may lead to secretion of mucus that can stain underpants.
  • Having constipation can also be perhaps the only noticeable sign of a serious underlying disorder such as cancer.

So when should you see your Doctor?

See a Doctor when your symptoms are severe. If you are still constipated for more than what’s normal to your own body or after 3 weeks, you should definitely go visit him.

Tell your doctor whenever a significant change of your usual bowel movements has occurred. This is key to helping your doctor determine the right diagnosis and treatment for you.

Also, try to analyze the following, according to your notes in your log as suggested before, so you can share it with your doctor: Is it the infrequency of bowel movements, straining, pain and discomfort or unsatisfied bowel movement that is most uncomfortable?

While there’s no exact way to guarantee that you’ll never suffer from Constipation again, prevention is key.

Laxatives can surely help, but don’t abuse them as they are not the healthiest method. And remember, even if you are an extremely busy person, everyone should allow enough time set aside for undisturbed visits to the bathroom.

How can Digestinol help?

Digestinol is an all-natural supplement that helps support and promote digestive health as well as support your immune system.  Its biggest benefit is the ability to target and reduce inflammation within your digestive system.  Inflammation along your digestive system is one of the main reasons for pain/discomfort associated with digestive disorders.  It can help with both constipation as well as diarrhea, because it gets your body back to normal so the amount of fluid in your colon is regulated the way it should be.

Order Digestinol

What is Digestinol?

Our product contains AMP (Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharides) which is an all-natural molecule found in the aloe vera plant. It is known to enhance the body’s immune system due to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. We have a 97-98% success rate reported from people who take Digestinol as directed for 90 days or longer.

If you are not interested in prescription medications to treat your condition and prefer a more natural approach, Digestinol makes all-natural capsules that contain a very specific form of Aloe Polysaccharides to target the inflammation along your digestive tract.

These capsules also provide your body with the nutrients that it is lacking in order to take back control of itself. Digestinol isn’t just Aloe Vera powder, Aloe Vera (contains Aloin) which irritates your digestive system and can cause diarrhea. Digestinol undertakes very specific additional steps in order to remove the Aloin during their extraction process to focus on only the beneficial portions of the Aloe Leaf, the long chain Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharide molecules.

Since Digestinol is 100% all-natural it doesn’t bring along the side effects that other chemically based prescription medications have. We tell our customers to think of Digestinol as an all-natural digestive system specific vitamin that reduces inflammation and provides your body with specific nutrients that allow it to take back control of itself.

Our Digestinol capsules will also help to balance the good and bad bacteria levels in your body allowing it to regain control of its normal operations.
