—10 Helpful tips from our Irritable Bowel Syndrome customers—

Our customers sometimes offer helpful tips that they use as they deal with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) every single day. These tips have saved them more than once and we hope that they can do the same for you.

Perhaps, some tips may sounds familiar or odd, but they work for them and they swear by them too!  Something as simple as it may be, can actually be the difference between having peace of mind or being stuck in chaos.

Consider giving these a quick try just to have some peace of mind.

Here are 10 tips to take note of:

1. When I go out, I pack inside my purse a fair enough amount of toilet paper. I had a very unfortunate situation, which I know I’m not the only one that this has ever happened to, but I went to my doctor’s office, needed to use their bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I found 1 napkin inside their cabinet. I just couldn’t believe this was happening to me. From that moment on, I always take toilet paper with me, even if I’m going to my sister’s home.

2. I was never a fan of dresses or outfits with colorful prints, big patterns, etc, until I had an embarrassing moment at work. Now, I shop for those distracting prints and I feel way more comfortable going out or going to work. Safari prints are my favorite!

3. Having a “man’s” purse was the most ridiculous idea I had ever seen!

My daughter gave me one a few Christmas’s ago but I put it away until I went on a small vacation with her to San Francisco. I thought this “man’s purse” will look silly but it was actually very useful and helpful. We walked a lot and did a lot of sightseeing. Not only I was able to put inside a water bottle, but also other important things, such as my medicine, toilet paper, poo-purri spray, hand sanitizer, my cellphone and wallet.

I love this man’s purse now!

4. Even though it’s still difficult for me to get used to having Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and dealing with it daily, every morning I do a prayer because I’m grateful to be alive. This gives me a lot of inner peace and keeps me motivated to fight Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). People lose their loved ones all the time, I just feel blessed to be able to spend time with my family, even while having Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

5. Having an extra pair of underwear in my purse is a must when I leave home.

I also keep an extra pair inside of my car’s glove compartment. You never know when you’ll need it.

6. No matter if I’m running a few errands, going to the movies, meeting with a friend or traveling, I always have a bottle of water with me, which I usually refill as often as possible.

Not only does it help my body stay hydrated, but it’s the perfect excuse to go to the bathroom for multiple times.

7. Baby wipes are always in my purse, inside my car, in my boyfriend’s apartment and at home in my bathroom. Very useful.

8. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) life can be very hard at times, but having a positive outlook has made me feel better.  Emotional stress is an Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) enemy, so I choose my battles as to when to get upset.  I also started to eat more healthy foods and watch more comedies than ever so I can laugh more.  I also do more of the things that I enjoy, to make me happy and feel less stressed out.

9. So I was at a very nice dinner date and had a bad flare up.

I excused myself to go to the ladies room, but I was having such bad cramps, that I stayed there for like 15 min. When I came back, my date asked if all was good. He also jokingly said, he thought I was having such a bad time that I had actually walked out on him!

But I had the perfect excuse. I wasn’t ready to talk about my Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) just yet in the middle of a romantic dinner. So I told him I ran into a good old friend from High School and we were just talking and catching up. It’s very common for women to gather inside the restroom to chat and just hang out, so it was the perfect little lie. Unfortunately, things didn’t last with that guy, but I use that same excuse all the time still.

10. Because of my Indian heritage, many of our foods are spicy, very spicy. Before, I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), I ate spicy food all the time. I didn’t want to change my diet, but I understood it was necessary. By being open to changes and eating healthy, I feel much better. I haven’t eaten spicy food for 5 years.

Digestinol

Digestinol is an all-natural supplement that helps support and promote digestive health as well as support your immune system. Its biggest benefit is the ability to target and reduce inflammation within your digestive system. Inflammation along your digestive system is one of the main reasons for pain/discomfort associated with digestive disorders. It can help with both constipation as well as diarrhea, because it gets your body back to normal so the amount of fluid in your colon is regulated the way it should be.

What is Digestinol?

Our product contains AMP (Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharides) which is an all-natural molecule found in the aloe vera plant. It is known to enhance the body’s immune system due to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. We have a 97-98% success rate reported from people who take Digestinol as directed for 90 days or longer.

If you are not interested in prescription medications to treat your condition and prefer a more natural approach, Digestinol makes all-natural capsules that contain a very specific form of Aloe Polysaccharides to target the inflammation along your digestive tract.

These capsules also provide your body with the nutrients that it is lacking in order to take back control of itself. Digestinol isn’t just Aloe Vera powder, Aloe Vera (contains Aloein) which irritates your digestive system and can cause diarrhea. Digestinol undertakes very specific additional steps in order to remove the Aloein during their extraction process to focus on only the beneficial portions of the Aloe Leaf, the long chain Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharide molecules.

Since Digestinol is 100% all-natural it doesn’t bring along the side effects that other chemically based prescription medications have. We tell our customers to think of Digestinol as an all-natural digestive system specific vitamin that reduces inflammation and provides your body with specific nutrients that allow it to take back control of itself.

Our Digestinol capsules will also help to balance the good and bad bacteria levels in your body allowing it to regain control of its normal operations.

  1. I actually received this product as a Christmas gift from my parents, this year.

And I just called them to let them know that it feels like it’s really working already. Before I started taking these pills I was rushing to the restroom at least 15-20 times per day, yes per day. Anyone with a digestive disorder knows the reality of this and the day to day issues it causes.

For the past week, the number of bathroom trips has dropped significantly, and right now I’d say I’m down to about 6-7 per day. And I’ve only been taking these pills for 3 weeks so far!!!!

  2.
